Appinventiv has launched AspireHub, a new initiative offering free office space to early-stage artificial intelligence startups in Delhi-NCR. The programme is designed to help young founders reduce infrastructure costs while giving them access to mentorship, technology support and a professional workspace.
The initiative comes as India’s startup ecosystem continues to see growing interest in artificial intelligence. Appinventiv has set aside an entire floor at its new 11-storey campus in Sector 135, Noida, for selected AI startups.
What Is AspireHub?
AspireHub is a dedicated workspace programme created by Appinventiv to support early-stage AI companies.
Startups selected for the initiative will receive free office space, high-speed internet, IT support and access to meeting rooms.
They will also get access to mentorship from Appinventiv’s leadership team, particularly in areas such as product development, branding and business scaling.
The programme is aimed at startups with teams of between one and 15 people based anywhere in Delhi-NCR.
Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis, allowing eligible startups to apply as they develop their products and businesses.
Why Is Appinventiv Offering Free Office Space?
For early-stage startups, office rent and infrastructure can become a significant expense, particularly when founders are still developing a product and looking for customers or investors.
Appinventiv CEO and Director Saurabh Singh said the company wants to remove some of these financial pressures so founders can focus more on building their businesses.

AspireHub therefore aims to provide founders with a ready-to-use environment without the cost of maintaining a conventional office.
Who Can Apply?
AspireHub is primarily intended for early-stage AI startups operating in the Delhi-NCR region.
Appinventiv will assess applications based on factors including the founding team, the product being developed, the size of the market opportunity and the team’s ability to execute its plans.
The company has not announced a fixed number of startups that will be accommodated under the programme.
Some selected startups could eventually move into a more structured incubation programme, although details of that potential next stage have not yet been announced.
Why Noida?
Noida has emerged as an important technology and startup hub in the Delhi-NCR region.
The city’s growing technology ecosystem includes several major startups and established technology companies. Uttar Pradesh has also significantly expanded its startup ecosystem over the past few years.
According to figures cited in the report, the state’s DPIIT-registered startup count increased from around 1,100 in 2018 to nearly 14,000 in 2024.
The presence of technology companies, investors, incubators and government-backed initiatives has helped strengthen Noida’s position as a startup destination.

AspireHub also marks a new direction for Appinventiv.
The company is primarily known for technology services, enterprise application development and digital transformation. It employs more than 1,700 people across its offices.
